I was in Europe or on a boat for most of that. so I wouldn't know.
Seinfeld and GoT are the only shows where it's unusual to meet someone who doesn't/didn't watch it.

it would be so funny if someone started a thread saying a new star wars last jedi trailer has been released and then in the message box just post viseryion dies and becomes an ice dragon and burns down the wall

I could have sworn the polar bear took out more of the group too. The first version I watched wasn't very good and I couldn't tell who was getting ripped apart.

parts of the action are not very well edited. so there are a few moments of confustion. you can't tell who it is...but apparently they had some cannon fodder wildlings with Tormund so probably one of them.

Didnt even kill Thoros still a day later, dude survived the original attack from the polar bear. That fricking end, I knew that there would be a wight dragon, its fitting that it was Viserion who's named after Dannys dead brother. I think Jons dragon will be Rheagal, named after his father.

What I saw was only 67 minutes, including intro and credits. Am I missing something? Or does the 71 minutes include the previously on segment?
A great episode, but you're going to hear critics complaining about time jumping and plot armor, and I can't blame them.
A few questions I had:
1. Why didn't Benjen just ride with Jon? (Maybe he was just trying to buy Jon some time?)
2. When Gendry ran to the wall, why didn't they just go with him?
3. Lastly, what was up with Arya at the end there?
