GOT season 2 re-watch and discussion thread - No book discussion please

Anyone interested in doing this with me? We're now 3 weeks away from the season 3 premiere and I want to rewatch season 2. I think it'd be cool if we got a group of posters to rewatch last season and have open discussion about it until the 3rd season starts.
I'm a non reader, so if book readers want to do this try to keep any spoilers out. And if you haven't seen the whole 2nd season yet, it'd probably be a good idea to finish the whole season first before joining in.
What does everyone think? I'm probably gonna start watching sometime this week
I'm planning on watching one episode a day during the week:
3/11 - Ep. 1 The North Remembers
3/12 - Ep. 2 The Night Lands
3/13 - Ep. 3 What is Dead May Never Die
3/14 - Ep. 4 Garden of Bones
3/15 - Ep. 5 The Ghost of Harrenhal
3/18 - Ep. 6 The Old Gods and the New
3/19 - Ep. 7 A Man Without Honor
3/20 - Ep. 8 The Prince of Winterfell
3/21 - Ep. 9 Blackwater
3/22 - Ep. 10 Valar Marghulis

Are you talking about setting up a schedule or just as you go type thing?
And yes, I'd be willing. I've pretty much been watching them anyway as they air on HBO.

Depends on how many people we could get to do it. I'm sure we could set up some type of schedule, maybe one episode a night or every other night or something?
It doesn't matter to me. That would be better but since we've all already seen it's not like anything will get ruined for you if someone else is ahead of you
But for the sake of discussion and organization that'd probably be a good idea

I'm in for it. I bought S1&2 on blu ray the day S2 came out. Introduced them to my friend and he loves them now. We finished all of season 1 and started season 2 last week. We watched the first 2 episodes together and I found out the next day he watched the last 8 episodes straight.
Needless to say I'm still gonna watch S2 again before the 31st. Is this gonna be a weekly Sunday night thread?

I'm gonna try to come up with a schedule for discussion. Just 1 a night or 1 every other night or so during the week. I actually know I have a lot of tests that week before the season premiere so I'll try to knock them out over the next two weeks.

Updated OP with tentative schedule of when I'll be watching. I guess everyone can really watch when it's going to be convenient for them, but it will be better if we watch at a similar pace. I'm ok with changing the schedule a little. Let me know what everyone thinks

I'll come back and join the discussion when you guys are on EP 7...to talk about Alfie Allen's performance as Theon and how his performance was overlooked due to the resentment towards his character.

Yeah I'll be posting in & out as well too. I'll watch them on my days off. Should be fun.
I feel like if you genuinely hate an actor/actresses character, then they're doing a great job. I hate quite a few characters on the show (Joffrey, Cersei, & now Theon). But, Gleeson, Headey, & Allen do such a great job at making me hate them.

This show is addicting as hell. I was convinced to watch the first episode of season saturday. I'm now on S2:E2

Cersei is one of the best characters in the show imo. She had some great scenes in the 2nd season

Watching S2, E1 "The North Remembers" right now. Just some thoughts:
- I LOVED the usage of Grey Wind (Robb Stark's direwolf) in the episode. It's a shame they didn't utilize them more.
- Cressen had to be the least sneaky poisoner on the planet. Half the damn table had to be watching when he dropped the poison in the glass for Melisandre.
- I love how they used the red comet as the central thread in the episode.
- It really is fun to watch Tyrion torment Ceresi.

S2 is easily Tyrion's best stuff thus far. I hope Dinklage won every award he was up for.
I just watched S1 E7. Will be starting S2 soon. However, that Storm of Swords thread has me wanting to reread.

Direwolves are awesome. I want one

Yeah that was pretty obvious. Forgot how creepy she was though

Everything Tyrion does is awesome.
I loved the way Cersei bitch slapped Joffrey
Also, even though he only had 1 scene, I was reminded why I think Littlefinger is the most underrated character in the show

If you can find out what nights it comes on HBO leading up to Season 3, I'll rewatch.
