Finished it last Friday. Good show, decent story. I would be surprised if it gets season 2

I'm liking it but it's starting to feel exactly like Orange is the New Black as far as the way they tell the story and the character's stories/backstories.

Marc Maron is great in the show.

One of the better castings I've seen.

I've finished six episodes so far and I really like it. Good castings and good writing.

That Debbie is smoking hot but she's pretty awkward I think.

Does it follow the actual GLOW from the 80's or is it all fiction that only uses that as a source idea? I used to stay up late at night watching GLOW in my youth

No. It's only loosely based on GLOW. Some of the wrestlers are inspirations for the characters here, but that's about it.

I think the show is great. Really funny, and it doesn't fall into a lot of predictable narrative traps. Making Bash such a loveable and goofy character was a great call. The cast all gets their moments, but I do think they need to focus less on the central conflict and explore the others. Some of them feel like an afterthought, and I didn't care all that much about the reveal in Episode 9, as I wasn't invested in the character.

It's almost certainly getting a Season 2 order.

Fictional

I finished it, thought it was meh. Not sure I would watch season 2.

We're loving it. Finishing it up tonight. Alison Brie should get an Emmy nomination for the scene where she wrestles herself for an entire match.

Marc Maron kills it. Finished season 1 last night. I have a long backlog of shows I started but haven't finished, so I gotta say I'm impressed that it was entertaining enough that I finished it in about 4 days.

Finished the season yesterday, good show. I don't know where they go for a Season Two really but I would watch it to see.

Most Netflix shows do well but as the no name actors get popular they struggle to finish the shows. I wonder if $ is making it harder to wrap these things up.

I bet Stranger Things 2 will be the last season, I don't know how you can go on since those kids will be too old.

That's where I was with it. Good series but I don't see a lot of interesting paths they can take.

I watched the first episode. It's a show that I ought to like more, but I've got an uneasy feeling about it.

I can say this - it's better than The Ranch - and leave it at that.

The fact that I got to see Allison Brie's titties is good enough to keep me watching a while longer. I'm on episode 3.

It's a really good show. Maron is fantastic. It's worth watching just for him. Alison Brie is a great actress.

It's similar to OITNB as others have suggested. You end up rooting for them.

It's not too heavy and Its not too slapstick-ey. I'll watch the 2nd season, but I have a feeling season 1 is as good as it's going to get.

I am watching The Ranch. I finished the new season. Know its a corny show but it has its funny moments. I dont think it will win any awards but for some reason, I cant stop myself from watching it
