I'm thinking we see Cersei retreat to Casterly Rock in the next season culminating with Daenarys landing there with her army at the end of the season.

And as many hints as they dropped this season in relation to R+L=JS (especially that Sansa/Littlefinger convo) it would seem this would be a good time. It'd be nice if we could get a Sean Bean cameo too.

Definitely looks like the Tower of Joy.
My vision for the Season Premiere is that they let almost the entire episode play out, then we get Bran, then him having visions and that's how we see the Tower of Joy, cue baby being born "Promise me", then cut to Jon seemingly dead and where we left off last season, eyes open. End of episode.

Well you have the ToJ flashback before the opening credits (like in S5E1 with Cersei visiting the witch) and then Jon comes back early in the episode.

I've been calling for the Tower of Joy flashback all season.
You can have Sean Bean in the casting and that way Jon Snow being in casting won't really spoil anything.
Then have a good sword battle and show Jon Targaryen and Lyanna with the "promise me Ned... He will kill him, you can never tell anyone he is Rhaegar's...promise me Ned...."
