"The Mother's Mercy" is what the prisoners in Balor's Sept receive AFTER they confess to their sins. That's what the high Septon told Cersei when she asked about Loras and Marghery.......
So, "Yes" it refers to Cersei's walk of shame, in lieu of a thrashing or death.

That's what it looked like to me too. But I hope they packed the whole thing with them. Because it would be stupid not to.
Speaking of which, did Stannis bring or have delivered a ton of the stuff from Dragonstone? I know that place was supposedly loaded with it.
And while I'm on this stream of consciousness thing, why is Stannis riding off south when he went to the wall specifically because (as I think Mel put it) the wars of the seven kingdoms are nothing compared to the threat of the white walkers?

It's simple stannis knows that he needs a united kingdoms and not 3000 sell swords a couple thousand wild lings to defend the kingdom against what's coming.
