TV Guide preview:
quote:
Cersei meets the High Sparrow after learning of a clergyman's embarrassing tale. Meanwhile, Davos talks to Jon about the future of Winterfell, where Ramsay Snow has just learned the identity of his future bride; Arya grows impatient doing menial tasks in the House of Black and White; and Tyrion searches for more comfortable surroundings on a long trip with Varys.

Book readers won't become Hodors until after next season. That being said, don't worry about the show spoiling the books. As much as I get annoyed by David and Dan's decisions sometimes, I can tell that they still have respect for the fans of the books and George and because of that they're not going to do anything that will compromise the story telling that comes from the pages.
They did the Red Wedding and that's main reason why they wanted to do the show in the first place. They've established what they needed to establish so from here on out the show is just a sandbox.

It can't really end book wise in the middle of the season. There is sooo much they can cover before it becomes their story instead of his. At some point they have to address Balon. I doubt Dany gets back this season. It'd be cool if she does though

I've decided now, after finishing ASoS, I don't give a shite about spoilers. I'm just going to park my car here and continue reading.

Fyi Sansa's arc is already hodorish for everyone

Meh. We're already past where the Sansa's storyline is in the books. I'm not hung up on changes at this point even if they're extreme. There's the show and there's the books. It is what it is. Quite frankly, as long as the show continues to tell a good story I'm alright with it.
Yep completely agree. Whatever they continue to do with Dany, as well, will be better than the books too IMO
I just wish the little fillers they use with like Loras, GW and Misseandie they wouldn't do. It's so aggravating to me. I wonder if Hodors like that shite. It seems like someone in D&D's camp would say, "hey guys, there's some cooler shite we could use than this."

Plus the story could use some spicing up at this point in the books.
Does Balon Greyjoy get it this episode?!?
He really needs to die. Gendry got leeched three seasons ago. No one is going to remember that shite now.

yep. And where is Gendry? still on a boat somewhere?
I don't like the Ironborn, but I'd like to see some kingsmoot stuff
