Game of Thrones musings : spoilers

I haven't read the books so whatever, frick you. I guess I could put it in another thread but whatever, frick you.


So it's pretty clear that even though Game of Thrones is violent as hell and super rapey, George R.R. Martin is anti-war. Doesn't it seem like if anyone other than Ramsay Bolton is the last man standing, that's Georgie giving the people what they want through the act of war? Even if the people aren't actively fighting, they're using war to try to get the throne. If Ramsay ends up the last man standing, we can be left with the theme that war only leads to horrible outcomes.


Plus, Ramsay is clearly the best character on the show. Every scene with Ramsay is a classic. Even if you hate the player instead of rightfully hating the Game, you have to admit that Ramsay creates all the action and drama you guys tune in for. It certainly doesn't come from Dany's bitch arse.
