I didn't watch it, so I don't know. A girl I know tweeted that it was filmed at her house.
I believe it was where they did the arm wrestling though.

That would make sense... I know where the other stuff was filmed. I REALLY hope that filming was over by the end of January... otherwise it will be extremely cringe-worthy!!!

The show is pretty fake. I used to armwrestle and trained with Craig and Cobra. Most of the guys in the show on the different teams are good friends with each other. The Louisiana team has some better armwrestlers than Jerry, the 3 finger guy, and turbo, but they are kind of quiet normal looking guys. I think the producers picked some people that are "entertaining" to go along with the champions (Cobra, Craig, Underwood).

i wonder if Cobra 20+ years ago, could have handled that dude better or has his experience of learning armwrestling aided him more..

Cobra would probably have taken him when he was in his 30s. It is hard to maintain that much strength at around 50, plus he only weighs around 170. The match was pretty close, in a month maybe Cobra wins.
I was more suprised in how Underwood handled Craig Tullier. Craig hits extremly hard. The only person I have seen catch him like that was John Brezink.

Matt is good, but I'd imagine in the very least it would have been more competitive a few years back.

That was the biggest WTF of the show. Louisiana's captain comes out and hits hard. KC guy just takes it like he's going against a school girl and easily pins him. Wasn't even close which was shocking because the LA guy seemed legit.

Watch this when you get a chance. Pretty cool documentary on John Brzenk. He's like the Michael Jordan of arm wrestling. This movie was made in 09 but the footage is from 04 I think and at the time Brzenk was like unbeatable for 26 straight years or something crazy.
A true master.
The movie shows him, Travis Bagent up and coming (he's on team Erie game of arms) and a Russian Beast.

I don't see Ethan losing unless he goes against one of the big boys. Pedigree is too strong. Kid has toyed with everyone. Obviously he'd get destroyed by Travis, but I doubt he goes against him.

I don't think anyone can hang with Travis. Maybe the guy from KC that has destroyed everyone so far. The one that takes his shirt off next week. And even then I don't see him actually winning, just putting up a fight.
