That never happened back in the day. OT stormtroopers were weak-minded and bad shots, but they were loyal to the Empire.

They were terrified of Lord Vader, and rightly so.
But yes Phasma was ridiculously weak. She put up a fight like C3PO.

I wish they would stop insisting on making the female lead a badass who unrealistically beats up men. They can have strong leads without this.
