Meh

Worst 3D effects I've see in years

Not near as funny as Nemo, if not for the octopus it would have made me want my money back

Edited for 13 year old girls

That's pretty rough Sarge. We didn't see it in 3D. I'm almost always sorry I see any movie in 3D. We enjoyed the movie. You are right that it wasn't as good as Nemo, but it was still a fun movie. Sounds like your expectations were set at Nemo. Anytime I set my expectations high I am always a little disappointed.

My daughter asked if I was prepared for disappointment and I told my kids this morning that there was no way they do a sequel to Nemo unless it's just flat out incredible.

Well, don't go see movies in 3D. That's your fault.

Well it's not because the comic relief character with her mental disabilities were played straight instead of being used as comic relief. There was plenty of funny crap going on.

Squid? Do you mean the chasing part or Hank the Septopus. You're an idiot if it's the former, and really even the later since the squid was a short scene.

You're right, I don't typically see 3D at the movies because it's generally poor but the time was the right one for our schedule.

I saw it this morning, and it was just too distracting. Kids were so loud. There was a family with a little girl (maybe 5) sitting behind me, and she kept kicking my chair. Halfway through the movie she started poking the back of my head.

I'm going to try to see it again in a few weeks at an 11 pm showing.

Are you a grown man that went see this movie alone on opening weekend?

What the hell is wrong with you?

To me it was not a typical great Pixar film. Just a boring story. I have two small children.
