Movies are meant to be viewed in theaters. Sometimes you're not able to and that's fine. But it's especially the case with this movie.

The soundtrack, the visuals and what's going on with the characters with just their body language and when they're not talking, they're still acting their asses off. It's the best action movie of the last decade. The movie wasn't just going to spell out things for you with dialogue like most movies.

But this movie, initially loved and adored on TD, is bashed because it's the cool, new hip trend that happens so many times on here: TDK, TFA, Django Unchained, many of the Marvel movies, and so many more.

I watch plenty, and I don't want shitty movies

Masterful, highly refined execution with wonderful world-building. I don't ask for much more than that in an action movie. It could function perfectly as a silent film because of the expressive movements and expressions. Lots of nuances and small things that build up to a great product. No, it's not high art, but it's not trying to be. It's a high octane movie focused on perfect execution

If you truly think it's awful, then you don't get it

well Django was awesome, but im not a kid. Not really into comic book movies. Not to mention its become an over saturated genre

I understand the complaint that the story is extremely simple, but what precedent has the series set that you would expect so much more from it? Fury Road is basically the perfected vision on thr Mad Max world. The action scenes and design of everything visually was otherworldly. People also just love a post apocalyptic story that goes balls to the wall.

How in the hell is this movie nominated for so many awards, it was awful! And I love action movies. The whole picture was them driving out to the middle of no where and then turning around and going back. No background story, no character development, not much of a plot.

Costume design or cinematography sure. But best picture? What a joke.

Most overrated movie I've seen in a while. Nothing special about it all. Just another post-apocalyptic action flick.

Action starts almost immediately. Balls to the wall. I enjoyed it UNTIL.... ridiculous ending. Really dreadful ending. Absolutely no way it would happen that way. those chicks would be sex slaves the second they got back up top.

Simply wasn't a real story. Road Warrior did it better without tacking on a fake totally unbelievable happy ending.

This movie is ment for theaters. If you didn't watch this movie in a theater your opinion should be taken with a grain of salt. It is the movie of the year, because of the action and the over all visual experience. Also, sorry they don't spell out the plot for you, and you have to think just a little bit while watching the movie. Hope your tiny brain can handle it.

Pectus this is not a response to you. Just happened to click on the reply button under your post.

this.

I watched Django for the first time today since the theater and I don't understand the hate people on here are giving it. That film was great And waltz and Leo were incredible in it.
By no means the worse QT movie as so many have posted recently.

It was entertaining, but the way people on here rave about it, you would think it was the godfather

It was ok. Hardy sucked IMO. He only grunted the whole movie and said about 20 words
