I am re watching Star Trek next generations and I'm remembering watching the end credits in the early 90s (I was 3/4). I couldn't have said a thing about any of the episodes but I remember when the credits started, my sister and I would swoop our arms and go running into warp drive on cue and my dad would play along with us.

I was all about the earlier versions of SNICK (every Saturday evening on Nickelodeon, for those of you who had no childhood). It was stuff like All That, Ren and Stimpy, and last and my absolute favorite, Are You Afraid of the Dark. We'd almost always have Domino's for dinner and then right as the creepy arse music started playing, I'd hit the lights for added effect. Those were the days.

My Dad told me that when I was a toddler I would say "duks..duks" when dukes of hazard would come on. In grade school I would watch TV on Saturdays until X-men was over. Then I had to help with yardwork.

So much "kung fu" when the Power Rangers theme would come on.
Damn that theme was awesome.

I used to watch SNL with my dad every Saturday when I was a kid. It was the Dana Carvey/Phil Hartman and later the Adam Sandler/Farley/Rock years. I remember when the musical guest played the second time that was my cue to go brush my teeth. I would come back and watch the last few minutes and head to bed. It was my favorite day of the week because I got to stay up until midnight.

Waking up early Saturday morning.
Slipping quietly downstairs.
Turning the TV on as quietly as possible.
Saturday Morning Cartoons. . .engage.
We din't have Cartoon Network in those days.

The same except instead of Dominos it was a grilled cheese while sitting on a blanket, on the floor, in the middle of the living room

Had a couple in early elementary school. I'd watch Dennis the Menace each morning before school. Don't ask me why, but after I got home every day I got a bowl of ice cream, sat in the same chair (I caused an uneven wear pattern on one of the arms), and watched The Brady Bunch.
After I got a little older I watched TNG reruns religiously at 9pm every night.

Saturday morning cartoons was the best. I'd get up so early on Saturday mornings I'd start off with Lorne Greene's New Wilderness(pretty much the only thing on). Then Looney Toons, Gummy Bears(only thing on again), The Real Ghostbusters, Dungeons and Dragons.. I cant remember them all but it was great. Was Transformers and Voltron on Saturdays, or after school during the week?

Saturday morning was TMNT, Darkwing Duck, Duck Tales, I could go on and on with Saturday morning cartoons.
A little later in my childhood, I use to love to watch Joe Bob Brigs on TNT. He would show bad horror movies. It aired either on Saturday night or Friday night. I can't remember. Elvira would have a guest appearance every now and then. They started changing his show by making him air more popular movies, and not always horror. I tuned out after that.

Oh, and ordering pizza on Friday nights and watching Dukes of Hazzard>Incredible Hulk>Dallas.
At least I think that was the lineup.
