IMO it would have to be Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels. Followed closely by Revolver then Snatch.

I just really liked Lock Stock and Snatch, Snatch being one of my favorite movies. I hated RocknRolla and thought the Sherlock Holmes movies were weak.

Easily his short film for BMW - The Star (which starred Clive Owen and Ritchie's then wife, Madonna - one of the funniest advertising films ever.)

Snatch but i still have to explore his entire history, i havent watched enough of his. Hard to imagine something topping snatch
