Yev Kasim, the SOUP NAZI.
Not even close.
Dude should have gotten his own show.
Finale show doesn't count either.
"You're pushing your luck little Man"
"Very Good. Very Good. You know something. No soup for you. Come back. One year."
"Bread two dollars extra. You want bread, three dollars. No soup for you."
"You're kissing in my line. Nobody kisses in my line. You just cost yourself a soup. Now who wants soup?"

I liked the crazy lady who gave Jerry the puffy shirt and burned George's hands ruining his hand modeling career.

I was about to say I believe that was a 2 parter. Man there are some great answers in here. Milosh and Elaine's pretentious bf are great

The Bookman episode is easily a top 5 episode. Philip Baker Hall played it so perfectly that when you watch Jerry during their dialogues, he clenches his lips to keep from laughing. He absolutely stole the show.
