I don't find The Wire or Mad Men to be shows that everyone watched. I remember when The Wire was airing, I had trouble finding people who had even heard of it.

i dont think EVERYONE watched The Wire. It's always had more of a cult following and never had high ratings when it was on.

I'm not motivated to try new ones, either. I gave Weeds and Balltlestar Galactica a chance and didn't really care for either. Weeds was good for a while until the chick became an idiot slut liberal mouthpiece. Then, I quit. Think I'll just stick with South Park, movies and the Discovery Cannel.
