Glover is too much of a beta nerd, he's also a very short guy...Lando was a swashbuckling pirate who was a MAN just like Solo...he loved women, gambling, and being a badass...black women swooned over Billy Dee Williams..he was smooth and cool...Denzel before Denzel
Sadly though...I don't know if there are even any young actors that carry that alpha male persona anymore to really nail a young Lando...who if told accurately, would be like a 22yr old Leo DiCaprio hunting down and destorying chicks in NYC with his own "Pussy Possy" and galavanting across the galaxy...

I like Donald Glover. Not sure if he fits as Lando, but he is a great actor. Interested to see how this goes. I bet he does great.

This is what I'm hoping for.
As some mentioned, Lando was an alpha savage. Definitely a little worried about the fit, but I also believe in Glover's acting chops. I'm thinking he will go as hard into this as humanly possible.
Somewhat nervous but cautiously super optimistic.

He's 5'10 though. Billy Dee is listed as 6 feet. That's someone doable. Now the kid playing Han is only 5'9" while Ford was 6'1"
