Does anybody know this movie?

It had a group of young adult men who did something bad and one of them was going to squeal. So instead of killing him to keep him quiet, they decided to damage his brain and hit him repeatedly with a golf club over several days. It got really bad when the the guy getting whacked started preparing his own head for the daily clubbing. Might be 10 years old? Any ideas?

Not a comedy. The guys would put some foam padding on his head before beating him and after a while he was so spaced that he prepped himself like he knew there was no way out.
