I want to vote against Snow White, but Fox and the Hound is shite. Yes, I said it. It's a 70s assembly line movie with almost no art to it. Really, one of the most dismal examples of how far the Disney brand fell after Walt died.

Snow White
Jungle Book

Lion King
Beauty and the Beast

Finding Nemo
Toy Story 3

I agree. Also, you may very well get to vote against Snow White next round.

Really good matchups all around. As much as I think Cinderella is Disney's highest quality film of the older ilk not named Sleeping Beauty, there's just something more complete about JB.

The Lion King is an easy call, however, the correct answer to all of this is Beauty and the Beast (since we don't have the aforementioned Sleeping Beauty in the running.). But I fully expect this to be Lion King vs. Toy Story with Lion King winning. This board's taste has shifted a bit.

Do we choose Finding Nemo's Father Son Story vs. Incredibles family tale? I'm going Family, but would probably vote for Finding Nemo in the next round if it wins, as it's better than both TS3 and Ralph, which were essentially a toss up. I like both a lot.

Still bugs me that Toy Story is in Renaissance and not pixar/CGI. But B&tB is so good though.

There was just no other way to have 16 in Renaissance really. I think the 48 movies it allowed in ended up being the strongest possible set. (Although I wish I could stick Inside Out into the tourney now )
