Daredevil main discussion/watch episode link thread

This being a Netflix show that was released all at once its going to be tough to keep everyone on the same page in a single discussion thread.

To alleviate that I've gone ahead and made a sub thread for 3 groups of episodes that will be linked here. Please use this thread to find what episodes you want to comment on.

This way we can all watch w/o getting so far ahead that spoilers wreck the show for others.

We can also use this thread as an overall discussion thread for people who have finished the entire series if that's what everyone wants to do. I can also link the other (current) 6 page DD thread for those purposes if that would be easier for everyone.
