I wish they would move on from this. Her character is a major drag on the show.

Claire Danes? Considering she is one of the two major characters on the show, I don't think you will get your wish.

I have no complaints though. This past episode was excellent.

The daughter... Yeah - her classmates called her crazy but I think she's just misunderstood.

OHHHHHHHHHHH.... You meant the wife. Yeah - There's no way I'd put up with Brodie's shite.

OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH... You meant Claire Danes' character...

Bipolar Disorder isn't something you can just make disappear with the wave of a wand.

This is Homeland not Once Upon A Time.

Her craziness is a huge part of the plot. She knows Brody is a terrorist. But her bipolar disorder prevents anyone from taking her seriously.

And why does Brody's wife call him Brody to his face?

For once In my lifetime there is a crazy female character who isn't a complete drag on the show.

Why the frick would I want to get rid of her?

She does make some of "why the frick would you do that" decisions like many other women characters, but her decisions, just like last night, had ultimately good consequences.

Well, I guess I'm in the minority then. I like the show a lot. I find my self zoning out whenever she goes into her dramatic rant about why the sky is blue or whatever. Only to tune back in and find out that it played no important role whatsoever in the story. Almost as if her bi polar rants are fillers in order to draw out the show.

I like Claire as a actor, I just think they could have went a different way with her character and the show would have been better in my opinion.

Easily the most annoying part of the show/series. It really gets on my nerves, and I don't think she's ever called him by his actual first name

Believe it or not, this is something I've seen IRL.

This is very common for military wives. If they meet their future husband through his friends who are in the military then he is usually known by his last name.

True, but I am to believe they are high school sweethearts.
