If it's Brandon and LF, I'd imagine it's the scene where Brandon slices him up and Cat saves him.
Which would be a throwaway since we already got described what happened there in the show.

Exactly. The only two scenes that would be acceptable would be TOJ or The Mad King killing Rickard Stark and Brandon Stark which is awesome.
I know Ned isn't there I just want that scene
quote:
From Riverrun, Brandon left to join his father's wedding party, coming down from the north. They were on their way again back to Riverrun, so Brandon could wed Catelyn, when word reached Brandon of Lyanna's supposed abduction by Prince Rhaegar Targaryen.[10] Brandon, along with his squire Ethan Glover, Kyle Royce, Elbert Arryn, and Jeffory Mallister, rode to King's Landing immediately, while Hoster Tully became incensed, thinking it a rash action. Upon entering the Red Keep, Brandon shouted for Rhaegar to "come out and die". Rhaegar was not there to answer the challenge; they were arrested by King Aerys II Targaryen and charged with plotting Rhaegar's murder. Their fathers were called to court to answer the charges. Brandon was forced to watch as his father was cooked alive in his own armor. He was bound with a leather cord around his neck and a longsword just out of reach, and he strangled himself trying to get to the sword to save his father. He was twenty years old at the time.[11][12]

Finished the 5th book this afternoon (holy shite at that epilogue) and am happy to finally be able to enter this thread. I plan to spend the rest of the evening drinking a beer or 6 and reading through this thread.
At some point I'm going to drop a serious tl;dr in here. I'm way too excited about this.

I can't wait to see who they get to play Howland Reed. For some reason I'm almost more interested to see who plays him than I am to see who plays Dayne.

That's going to be an awesome sequence.

that just further confirms JS isn't really "dead-dead". ToJ is to bring in the R+L=J theory, right?
What else could it be?

They already have someone playing howland reed last season

So I guess you are saying that you believe the High Sparrow being Howland Reed theory?

I just want it to be true. It would such an awesome coup

It would be so dumb in so many ways

I was going to try to avoid season 6 if Winds of Winter not released... Tower of Joy will likely change my mind.

I haven't published anything in a while... are we past the date for Winds to get to the publishers for an April release?
What's the turn around on a 1k page novel these days once a transcript is in the hands of a publisher?

Why would it be dumb? After blue boy told me about it on here, I did some research and it would make sense and be awesome.
