Currently, my favorite is the Robinson home form "The Graduate". The mid century style, the bar, patio room are just too hip.

Benjamin Button's house just off St. Charles is for sale. The house where Medgar Evers is murdered in "Ghost of Mississippi" is the actual house where he was murdered which still stands today just as it stood then.

I always thought the inside of Elliot's (From ET) house was cool.

Corleone family compound fascinated me as a kid, though the house itself wasn't all that special. It was also on the market recently.
