Kind of. In some of the older Late Night videos, when it wasn't a regular segment, he acts the same but he smiles and laughs occasionally. He acts more stoic and robotic now.

Yes, Jordan on the show is similar to how he is in real life. They have taken his uniqueness and expounded on it for enhanced comedic effect.

I love the one where Conan is sitting in Jordan's office, waiting for him to arrive for work, and the security camera shows Jordan zooming into the parking lot on his scooter.
