Yeah, exactly. By all other accounts, he's a good dude. Keeps to himself, is a married man of 13 years, and clearly loves what he does and working with other talented actors. I'd have freaked out on the set of Terminator Salvation, too, because I would have known, as I'm sure he did, that movie would be a steaming pile of arse. He must have been replaying in his mind over and over again: "Just remember the huge check you got. Just remember the huge check you got."

The 2nd director of photography kept walking into the shot while they were filming a scene. Which apparently kept happening more than once. It was a very intense scene from what I understand and he kept having to stop because the guy kept interrupting.
Sounds more angry than arrogant to me. I'd be pissed to if someone repeatedly made my job harder for me.

id be mad too, but to keep insulting him and refuse to accept the apologies is pretty boorish.
i cant say the guy's a douchebag because i dont know him. im just saying that it sure seems that way based off of this and portman's comments. just doesnt seem like a level headed guy, professionally.
may be a totally different story outside of the industry. all of the negative stuff seems to happen during shooting

As far as Natalie's comments. She's had things to say about other actors and their methods. Sounds like she might have some on set issues herself.
