I struggled to get through the second to last season of The Wire, and haven't gotten the motivation to finish the last season yet. Breaking Bad is just finishing so much stronger.

These scenes (walt goes off on the dudes mocking his son) are why I root for Walt. At the time these episodes aired, I saw him as just a regular school teacher. The genius chemist didn't come up until later in this season.
