Probably the stupidest statement anyone can make about a movie outside of someone saying a movie is pretentious. It's a fricking movie for crying out loud.

its called "willing suspension of disbelief" and if it is difficult to do during a movie, then guess what jackass?

its not a good fricking movie.

go frick yourself.

I saw the sequel. Not as great as the first but still good. I'll see the third as well.

this movie fits into the guy ritchie/tarantino mold of gratuitus violence..cept tarantino maybe has better dialog..so what's ur beef? personally I got a kick out of seeing william dafoe dressed as a jewish hooker

look, its an ok movie, ill sit through and watch it, but its not what i would consider great.

great- city of god, reservoir dogs, shawshank redemption, pulp fiction, snatch, lock stock & two smoking barrels, and thats just off the top of my head.

the first 2 times it's easy to get captivated by the vigilante figures that use badass prayer recitation execution style techniques. and some of the dialogue pieces are great, i.e. the genie joke scene. willem dafoe is amazing quirky.

but overall, and I noticed this the last couple of times I watched that the writing overall is bad, and can seem like a quentin tarantino rip off (you ever heard of Ezekiel Ezekiel 25:17, Brad?)
