Anyone know where I can find the preview for next episode? Can't find it anywhere.

LINK

Next time just go to the HBO website for the show, go to the episode you just watched (click the i/info button) and it'll almost always have the preview for the next episode there (on any HBO show).

I'm glad Eli did a little investigating for himself. Nucky has been out of the loop and this last episode was the first time I saw him sort of paying attention to the business.

Me too. I'm just glad Eli is kind of getting his ducks in a row to make a move back up. I was legitimately worried he was going to kill himself a couple episodes ago.

I think maybe his jailbird experience and everything with Jimmy has centered him a little bit. I don't see him getting too full of himself and maybe being a solid right hand for Nucky.

I hope so.

Right now, the way Nucky is behaving and treating people, I'm worried he'll make enemies out of the people he's supposed to be able trust.

He needs to stop blowing off Eli.

He really can't get full of himself because everyone that he was allied with is dead now.

Also, I knew Nucky was going to kill that kid when he offered him one of his cigarettes.

Solid episode

Capone was fricking awesome this week, him and nucky pairing would be great.

I can't decide if I want Gyp to get his brains splattered or not..? He's a good character but I don't like him fricking up nucky and rostheins relationship.

I hope nucky puts his wall down and let's Eli back in to his life. Post prison Eli >>>> last seasons Eli.

Gyp might surpass Rothstein for my favorite gangster. Not a gigantic fan of capone even though he was a lot better this episode

I like Gyp. Nucky's troubles are his own damn fault. He was too nice to Gyp after Gyp insulted him in front of everyone. Gyp saw that as weakness and is exploiting it fully. Would love to see an all out war though, Roth/Gyp vs Nucky/Chalky.

I loved the parallel of Capone's son being bullied and the bag man getting beat up. Capone said something to the effect of...."You like to pick on people who can't stand up for themselves" While he has beating that dudes head in. Capone definitely took out some of his fatherly frustration on that Irish guy.

Here's why Dabney Coleman's character is off the show.

Him and Nucky still have beef because he took the fall for Nucky and he's treated him pretty second hand since.

IMO that changes some post-ambush.

Que? They don't get along because Eli tried to have him killed and he betrayed him.

But I think with as much shite going on right now, I think Nucky won't have a choice but to let Eli back into the game because he's going to find out that Mickey was the one that sent the truck through Tarbor Heights anyway.

With "the talk" last night, I fully expect Eli to be a major character again. I think his "let me earn it" last night was his way of trying to apologize.

Now that he saw what went down with the ambush, Nucky's hands are tied. Will be interesting to see the interaction between the two and how Nucky will treat him after everything that went down with the Commodore.

Gyp could sell the stolen liquor to Rothstein but in order to make a business deal he needs to have a steady supply.

He was discussing his plans to bring liquor in on the beach early in the episode. Question is is he only thinking big at this point, or does he have the contacts in place to make it happen.

That's obviously part of it but not all of it. Nucky told Eli they were "square" (he takes the fall and Nucky forgives Eli for participating in the plot) at the warehouse but Nucky was still treating him second hand after the fact. That's where the current resentment comes from (and was operating on the assumption that the pre-jail issues was a given). I also still don't think Nucky realizes how crucial Eli was to that plot either. I think that still will come out.

I think Eli ends up taking over Mickey's role. Giggling bastard might get iced.

Yep. For a moment I thought he was going after the dad of the bully who picked on his kid...a la Gotti, who "allegedly" had the neighbor who ran over his kid killed.

Exactly. He's always been a goof, but now has proved himself inept also. Remember when Eli warned him not to go and he said "I won't...THEY will." (referring to his workers.) Nucky will have him offed, or do it himself. He also disobeyed Nucky's orders to avoid Tabor Falls.

Y'all realize Roland Smith (IRL Nick Robinson) is the same guy in these commercials?

Yeah that's why I said that. It sounds like it will be happening soon and will push Nucky out of the NY cash flow
