S2 imo was very good. It's hard to follow something like S1, but they did a beautiful job on S2.
Still not quite as good as season 1 though

Netflix must really hate this show

When they killed Danny off in season 1 I knew it would be difficult to keep it going. Just getting to season 3 was good enough and once the credits went away where would you be able to film.

What I can't figure out is why that old cop gave Danny those cassette tapes to listen to. Danny was a screw-up but he didn't seem mean and vindictive until he listened to those tapes.

Danny went off and worked for it, he had some ethic to him. He came back and worked for his mom at the inn. Danny for his faults was also smart. Kevin has no thoughts of his own and only relys on everyone around him to do anything for him.

That's kinda the irony of the show, intentional imo. Danny was actually the BEST of all of them. Their family just sucks hard.

My wife and I binged season 3 yesterday. We only have two episodes left. Season 3 is very good and has some nice turns. Thats all I will give you.
