Biggest Douchebags in film and television

Just got finished watching the Iron Giant (great movie by the way), and the antagonist is probably one of the biggest douchebags I've seen in quite some time in film or television.
He's a know-it-all, pompous, insecure, an a-hole, preys on kid's self esteem due to his own insecurities, doesn't mind getting kids killed if he's pissed off, chloroforms people, tells everyone how much authority he has, and even redirects an atomic missile to an American town he is currently in to get his way. There have been misguided and just evil characters in television, but as far as just a grade-A douche is concerned, this guy is near the top and am having a hard time remembering anyone who could be a bigger douche in film/television. So assist me and share some of your biggest d-bags in television/film.

Percy Wetmore of The Green Mile is an obvious choice. You know it's a douchebag of a character when the movie can make you feel sympathy for convicted murderers etc. and not him
