Chuck did call it like it is, but he's got a lot to do with the way Jimmy is who he is. Jimmy busted his arse caring for this douche who resented him the whole time. Jimmy for sure has his flaws...but Chuck is a piece of shite. He's not the victim here. He has never supported Jimmy and started the back stabbing. He's brought this on himself. I know people will make him the skyler white of the show and try to vindicate him, but he has a lot to do with creating Saul.
