I'm watching Clear and Present Danger right now. Got me thinking. What is Ford's best movie iyo? I'm sure to hear the obvious Blade and Jones, and that's alright. I love those too. CPD was a real good flick.

Blade Runner, Raiders and Empire are 3 pretty damned good movies.

I read all the Clancy novels before the films came out. Clear and Present Danger was an abortion compared to the book.

You want a great story, go back and read Without Remorse. THAT is the movie they should have made.

I need to read Clancy. Never did. At that time was caught up reading Crichton and Grisham, but I was never a big reader. Without Remorse I shall add.

The best has to be Raiders of The Lost Ark, because Indiana Jones

The Witness is right up there.

From a pure Harrison Ford acting standpoint in a movie that he is the lead, probably Regarding Henry. Movie isn't very good, but he's great.

Best movie with him in it as a lead has to be Raiders.

Purely best movie with him in it at all, American Grafitti or Empire.

I've been watching all the star wars with my son (his first time) over the last few weeks and I was thinking the same thing. The in his mid 30s to early 50s the guy had some amazing roles.

I'll throw Air Force One up there since it hasn't been mentioned yet.

But in all seriousness, my favorite with him will always be Raiders.
