I am going with Matt Damon in Eurotrip. The song along with the complete "WTF, is that Matt Damon" moment was classic.

i almost dont count the tom cruise in trophic thunder a cameo because you see him several times in the movie. a cameo should only be one or two scenes

Tom Cruise in TT was sooo far out of left field. His image was completely tarnished and everyone thought of him as a humorless crazy person. Then he came out of nowhere with this character. What made it even better was that I had no idea he was in it the first time I saw it, and I didn't realize it was him at first. I knew it was someone that I was familiar with but it took a second to click that it was Tom Cruise.

I consider him cameo because he was an A-list celebrity playing a much smaller role than he usually does.
