I'm not including xmen since that is technically FOX. I agree with Rooker also, he kills it in GoTG.

I don't think he's the best actor, but I think Evans was the best casting and plays a fantastic Captain America.

Well then definitely him. I obviously like Ed Norton and Mark Ruffalo as actors, but I don't think either of them are great Hulks.

I thing Marvel has done excellent in casting but I do agree with your assessment of the Hulks.
Hell a wrestler from WWE is really good in the role he plays.

Eric Bana as well. That is 3 pretty good actors. I guess there is only so much you can do with the Hulk.
Or an unwillingness to do more with the character perhaps.

I think Ruffalo has been a phenomenal Banner. The Hulk stories we've gotten peppered into Avengers movies are way better than any of the movies made.

Do you mean who is doing/did the best with their characters or who is the best actor period?
Anthony Hopkins hasn't been given much to do as Odin but to me he's probably the best actor that's been in the MCU.
Also, I would say that even though Iron Man 2 gets hated on it's worth watching purely to see Sam Rockwell as Justin Hammer.
