I wonder if there was an original thread about it from when it was current.

It was all over twitter yesterday. I was obsessed with commentaries back in the day and he is really good on the Kevin Smith commentaries also so I had heard this.

It was funny and was only 3 minutes. Not bad.

It wasn't as funny when the DVD was released. At that time, Affleck was a pretty boy actor mouthing off about a successful young director. Now we're hearing Affleck as an Oscar winning writer and director talking about a director who's known as the king of crappy CGI-Action movies.

I've still never seen such a heroic effort by a cast (excluding Affleck and Tyler - they were terrible) to attempt to save a film as bad as Armageddon from its terrible director and screenwriter.

Some of the best performances in a terrible film as you will find in film history.

And yet Armageddon still has one of the highest replay values of any film ever.
