I literally could not care to see a movie less. Has nothing to do with gay people either...just looked boring as hell.

Well done due to the talent involved, but it's a pretty standard biopic.

Was an amazing movie beautifully acted especially Douglas and the outfits they used and sets my god

Kinda sad that it didnt make it to the theatre yet stupid shite like "This is the end" which was absolutely utterly horrible, can be a Summer smash type movie

What is wrong with this society

Ppl would rather see a demon butt rape Jonah Hill than a genuine historical relationship

same here.

however it will be glorified and nominated for awards simply because Damon and Douglas make love in it.

It was decent. I got pretty bored with it though. The level of decadence that Liberace surrounded himself with was insane.

it was boring. it was your standard, "average guy ends up with counterpart in an upper class and becomes a drug addict on drugs"

basically boogie nights with more fabulous costumes

Yeah I wouldn't insult Boogie Nights like that.

It was just mediocre to me. The acting was good but the content itself was just boring.

I'm sorry "This is the end" was MFing horrible

Too dark to be funny no matter how hard they tried and all the jizz/sex/penis/rape symbols and convo wasn't funny

Did they want it to be an actual end of the world rapture movie or farcical, any time you have to ask that proves it was horrible and had no direction

You wanna compare Kevin Smith's "Dogma" absolutely shitted all over that piece of shite film

I think it was fascinating for a number of reasons

1. No matter how soulless show business is now it was even worse
2. I never realized what a scumbag Liberace was
3. I never realized exactly how decadent Liberace lived
4. I never realized how incredibly popular Liberace was-highest paid entertainer over a 20 year period.
5. It's just a good story
6. It's incredible that Liberace wen to such lengths to conceal his sexuality-not that I blame him-and that such a large segment of the public thought this guy was straight.

the problem with dogma was that it was a comedy that wasn't that funny (except for lower comedy that you critize TitE for)
