Pretty good teaser. Music is good. Shots of the castle gave me chills

Man if it's done as well as Jungle Book it's going to be awesome.

Emma Watson is perfect for this role. Really looking forward to seeing her in it.

Meh. That's TBD. Definitely not a certainty. Does she have a voice? She's not French. Will people only see Hermione?

The accent does make her seem "foreign" to us. It's weird how a Brit can play any European role because Americans associate it with them.

I thought Emma Watson quit acting to focus on feminism?

She's become extremely obnoxious with that crap.

Really hope that they don't screw this up. This is one of my more favorite Disney movies.

Eh. idk gonna have to disagree with you on that. I can't really place who i'd rather see in that role at the moment though.

Something just seems off about her playing Belle..

I think she's perfect for the role. I just genuinely thought that she stopped being an actress in order to become a professional feminist. Not even joking here - isn't that what she said?

Not real sure to be honest.I thought she retired b/c she didn't want to do it anymore after the Potter flicks.

Seriously though wtf is a professional feminist doing in a classic fairy tale?? Doesn't seem to fit.. Maybe she's in real need of a check.. Who knows.. I just hope it's good.. and that the beast isn't skinned alive for rape.

I'm not all that concerned with how well they pulled off the Jungle Book. This is Disney's masterpiece to where they have a lot to work with here. Most Disney films since its released have tried to emulate it, but none have quite made it there yet.

Umm, isn't Belle somewhat of a feminist herself? Seems like the perfect fit.

Yeah, she's THE feminist of Disney's princesses. She's a very strong character who doesn't need the prince to save her in the end. She wants something more than just a piece of man meat. She has her own musical number dedicated to it: LINK

She's the exact opposite of Ariel, which is great. She's by far the best of the Disney princesses and something I think all fathers would want their daughters to emulate.
