Batman - Under The Red Hood

Just discovered this gem last night. If you're a fan of DC or animated films this one I strongly recommend. Great story from start to finish and very dark themed for a "cartoon" movie. Are there any DC animated movies that are as good as this one? I've watched a few but none stood out the way this one did.

Hate to say it, but I actually fell asleep trying to watch this. Huge fan of the old animated series so I should have loved it. I'll probably try again less hungover.

Yeah, it's great. This was the story I was hoping for in the first Batman stand alone film, and they seem to set it up pretty nicely in BvS. No need to get Superman or the rest of the Justice League involved in that story.

I like all of the new Batman/Justice League/Teen Titan movies that have come out over the last couple of years. They all tie in together. Those movies are:
Son of Batman
Batman vs Robin
Batman: Bad Blood
Justice League: War
Justice League: Throne of Atlantis
Justice League vs. Teen Titans
Justice League Dark
Teen Titans: The Judas Contract (this one is being released in April)
Also Batman: Assault on Arkham, Justice League: Gods and Monsters, and Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox are all pretty good (but aren't tied to the others).

I thought it was ok.
Under The Red Hood is my favorite of the D.C. animated movies. Followed closely by Mask of the Phantasm.

Just watched Assault on Arkham, great movie in my opinion. I see JL:Dark has Swamp Thing and other heroes that aren't usually headlining. Think that's next on my list.
