I'm not looking for anything to criticize. I've watched all three episodes and I'll keep watching. I guess I'm just trying to figure out what's missing.

Really thought Reg was gonna OD or something. Dude is annoying but the actor is scarily spot on with how he portrays the athlete's "childhood friend/life manager"

Same, although I think it has a chance to be better in Season 2... the actors don't seem to be 100% comfortable with their roles yet.
Corddry is a weird fit for the show - I wish they would've made his character a bit less goofy and milquetoast.
The Rock is still a little stiff (puns?) with his delivery but I think he'll get better as the show progresses.
