Anyone see The Shack?

I usually don't go to these types schmaltzy faith based flicks of but I read the book it's based on and am curious to see Octavia Spencer in the role of Papa.

The reviews aren't all that great and it's surprising to see Sam Worthington in a role like this when just a few years ago it looked like he was being set up to be a big action star.

I haven't noticed much controversy about the movie like there was when the book was published and I didn't even know this was coming out until I read the summary of this weekend's new releases on boxofficemojo.

It this just a crap movie being sent out to die or is it worth checking out if you enjoyed the book?
