Searched on the internet and it's pretty vague, so naturally I came here. Started a thread on the Tech Board but got little feedback.

TIA

I have Uverse for internet connection only. Interestingly, it's not yet available in my neighborhood for TV. That said, I've heard some complaints that it tends to go out occasionally. I have no idea about the validity of that complaint, but I'd be interested in hearing others' experience.

I've used them both, just not together.

Slingbox cares not what the tv source is though, if you connect it, should work.

Yeah, but my main question is if the upload speed Uverse internet provides will be good enough for slingbox.
