Anyone ever tried UnoTelly / UnoDNS?

It sounds like its more for accessing US content/channels from outside the country. But US based customers get access to BBC and Netflix from other countries, which I've been told offer different content then the US version.
Any experiences with this service? Access to BBC and other Netflix options for $5 a month is pretty enticing for me if its not a pain in the arse
