SNL hasn't had any talent since the late 90s early 2000s. It's not funny and one sided political comedy come off as close minded which isn't funny. It sucks it's sucked for almost 20 years.

What's more infuriating is they run Leslie Jones constantly and people praise them for "diversity".

They should be furious that legit talents like Jay Pharoe and Samir Zamata get passed over for Michael Che and Leslie Jones.

Statements like this are why we can't discuss SNL on this board.

There has been a shite load of talent in that show since 2000

That's your opinion but the last cast that even resembled what made SNL great was the Rock, Farley, Spade Sandler group. Even the Kattan Farrell era was very hit miss. So yea since the 90s it's sucked and anyone who saw the Steve Martin through Eddie Murphy days will agree.

Will Forte, Jason Sudeikis, Bill Hader, Bobby Moynihan, Taran Killam, Fred Armisen. I kinda like Beck Bennett. He has his moments.

Thanks for making my point for me. One or two if the ppl you naked are kinda funny sometimes but not one can stand on their own and carry a movie. Even if you put them all together you'd have a 50/50 shot at it being funny.

There's no right or wrong to this since it's our opinions but I don't think any of those ppl are very funny. Forte is good hader is good both Arnt great and the others are flat out not funny to me.

I just watch the "Best of" and the random specials they put out every once in a while. Those compilations are usually good for at least one or two decent skits.

SNL has been political, especially with the president impersonations, for decades. It's just that now we have a president who is actively offended by them and directly addresses them. It's a silly thing.

But I have never watched SNL, so I will continue not watching SNL, except for the highlights that I occasionally come across.

It's one of those things. Everyone thinks that their generation of SNL was the last one that had talent. It's a sign that the times have passed you by. Don't feel bad. I was never hip with the times.

I'm so accustomed to the weekly hate SNL thread now. Rehash the same stuff every week. Dude's definition of "talent" is being able to carry a movie as a lead actor.

I haven't watched it since I was in 8th grade or a freshman in high school. I usually just catch clips on the internet. I am a Trump supporter and I thought the Alec Baldwin skits were funny and I'm not a huge fan of his stuff.

Name a GREAT conservative comedian? I'm sure you can, but you will have to think for a minute. Same for musicians. Name every great musician you can think of? They are probably liberal or were pretty liberal when they were relevant.

You are taking laughter and music out of your life by choice.

I frickING LOVE Pearl Jam. I wince whenever I hear Vedder get cranked up. It pissed me off that they cancelled a NC show over where to tee-tee. If they played a show in Houston, I am gonna try to attend every day of the week and twice on Sunday.

I tried to watch it for a few minutes of Azziz- he was not very funny- the worst part was the " musical guest", I just don't think there was anything musical about the performer. I wish kids would learn an instrument in elementary school. Yelling and rhyming is now musical... get off my lawn!
