It is kind of like comparing swimsuit models. They are all hot but some are below average swimsuit models and some are above average swimsuit models.

Why? If the majority of TV shows have someone on there hotter than Cuoco, then by definition that would make her below average.
But I'll play and say Allison Brie is an average hotty for a TV show.

That's the point where it becomes personal preference.
And I think that Cuoco may have M/TV eye candy average face. She's cute, but that part of her isn't what catches your eye. She has a well above average body.

To me she's like the kind of hot you know in real life but not the kind you are use to seeing on tv these days
