Any directv customers getting channel 293?

It's babyfirstv. There's a couple shows my kids watch. We watched it last night but this AM it's off the guide all together.

You must have your guide set to 'channels I get'

It's set to 'all channels'. When I punch in 293 it says "channel not available which is the same as it I press any channel that doesn't exist. I can see the channels I don't get like 501,502,etc

It's still working for me, try resetting the main box if you have the genie.

Thanks guys. I didn't think to check my old hd/dvr box. It works on it. However I can't get it on my genie. I've tried everything I can think with the guide and favorites. The channel just seems to have been deleted. Directv is sending someone out in a few days. Hopefully they can figure what going on.

It's BabyTV, I wouldn't worry too much about picking it up unless you have young kids.
Speaking of DirecTV channel 1000 is free from 12/26 thru the first of the year.

Login to your DTV account online and refresh service to the your genie. I think it's under My Equipment in the online menu of my account.

Reset your box or call Directv.
