Comedians Wendy Liebman, Kathleen Madigan and Tammy Pescatelli complained the star had lifted jokes from their acts, in a now-deleted Twitter conversation this weekend that was captured by Refinery 29.

But not everyone is a fan, with other comedians alleging the movie star's jokes were lifted.

'Between Amy Schumer doing 1 of my best jokes on her HBO special and this meme of my joke, I’m done with social media,' comedian Wendy tweeted on the weekend.
That prompted a reply from stand-up and Arrested Development writer Chuck Martin, who wrote 'So maddening. You and @kathleenmadigan should talk.'

Comedian Tammy Pescatelli then jumped in, adding in now-deleted tweets: 'What has always been amazing to me is that she purports to be a feminist and yet only steals from other female comedians.

'If we call her on it we are 'jealous' or career shamed. Be successful. WE want you to do well, just do it will (sic) your own material. BTW she blocked me.'

Tammy also stated that Amy had opened for the women previously, suggesting she had heard the jokes before.

And she tweeted links comparing Kathleen Madigan's comedy routine about Oprah Winfrey, which includes a joke about the billionaire being so rich she can pay people to just slap food out of her hands, to Inside Amy Schumer clips 'Slap Chef' and 'Sleep Gym.'

'So many more but nobody listens...at least Cosby knocked his victims out b4 he raped them,' Tammy wrote in a now-deleted tweet, according to Refinery 29.
