I hate that we know so little regarding this season and doubt they didn't enough to advertise it

I quit watching last season about half way in. I will give this season a shot as always, but I expect very little.

I honestly hear this a lot about AHS.
I enjoy the set up, but the main plot resolution has been drug out too long the last few seasons.

A haunted hotel had so much potential. Then they shite all over it.
The only "scene" I've seen on this one is of a doll like Annabelle with a missing jaw laughing. Hopefully they get back to being scary and stop relying on gore and shock. Shock isn't scary

Liked the circus season. Last season started weird and I abandoned it.

I didn't finish last season either. there are other seasons I didn't love, but only Hotel I didn't finish.

Freakshow was great. It paid homage to the old school horror classics really well.
Twisty's episode and Dandy's episodes were fantastic.

I didn't finish last season either. I tried but I just didn't care. Is Lady Gaga returning this season?

Last season was absolutely awful and I thought Gaga was a horrible actress but she somehow went on to win an Emmy or Golden Globe or whatever. Unless she greatly improved after I quit watching (about halfway) then I don't get that at all. It was the first season I didn't care for. I watched all the others religiously. The sad thing is that it kind of ruined the whole show for me, I haven't looked forward to this season because I expect more of the same and the horrible previews and lack of any information isn't helping to make me more interested.

Honestly, that season was EXTREMELY uneven. After they killed Twisty, it all kind of went to shite. Dandy was kind of interesting, but just wasn't enough to carry it. Still, Hotel was awful. Gaga's tits and arse was the only redeeming quality.
