That sucks. It will be hard to read or watch the Potter mythos without thinking of him and this.

frick.
69 for Bowie and Rickman. I know that's not exactly young, but it seems like they could have been around for at least ten more years before expecting them to pass.
They both obviously kept their illnesses pretty secret because I had no idea they were sick.

Oh shite that's another extemley shocking news we had this week. First David Bowie and now Alan Rickman. His performance was brilliant as Snape in Harry Potter and as the villain in Die Hard.

That's a damn shame. He was good at what he did.

Wow, very sad to hear this. He was one of my favorites. I will always associate him as being the Sheriff of Nottingham.
Another piece of my childhood gone. RIP.

This one makes me sad. I know most of you are guys but watch Truly, Madly, Deeply with your girlfriends. It's one of my top 20ish movies, along the lines of Ghost but 1000 times better- heartbreaking, sweet, funny.
RIP Mr. Rickman

Hans was one of my favorite villains in the first Die Hard movie. What a classic performance! RIP Mr. Rickman!

Sheriff of Nottingham: Because it's DULL, you twit. It'll hurt more.
