Depp is now included. I completely skipped over him for some reason.

James Marsden and Jordana Brewster have never been A-list IMO.

For some of those it's an early role of theirs, but not their first. Kevin Bacon and Meg Ryan for example.

I have Brewster at the top of a couple of lists.

McConaughey too. Dazed & Confused came out a year before TCM.

Viggo Mortinson- TCM 3
Jim Carey- Once Bitten
Pretty sure Charlize Theron was in one of the Children of the Corn films
Gerard Butler was in Tale of the Mummy and Dracula 2000 not sure if they were his first roles or not though
Peter Jackson's first job was working on the set of The Toxic Avenger

And we could probably have a whole thread dedicated to people who got their start working on Roger Corman flicks.

Aniston was the first one that immediately jumped into my mind. And I'll never forget one of my a-hole friends basically insinuated to me that she got naked in it, and so I rented it hoping to see that shite, only to watch the whole thing and be VERY disappointed. At least it was an entertaining movie though.

John Larroquette isn't a-list, is he? Anyways, he got his start in The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Or rather his voice did.

Jason Alexander actually was doing nothing but Broadway before Seinfeld.
