Youth soccer league files a lawsuit against the NFL over fields

It sounds to me like they should be filing against the city, not the NFL. The city agreed to let the NFL use the fields.... Pretty clear cut to me.

What exactly is the legal basis of their lawsuit? "Our brats get everything they want, and we give our brats everything they want, and if that includes looking like total asstrucks so once or twice a week we can deposit them at some fields near the upcoming superbowl and get away from their bratty asses for a couple of hours, then so be it."
