Here's mine. Keep in mind most of the biggest names, especially guys who starred in the Olympics, will likely not be interested.

Kyrie Irving
Damian Lillard
Steph Curry
James Harden
Kawhi Leonard
Klay Thompson
Paul George
Kevin Love
LaMarcus Aldridge
Anthony Davis
Blake Griffin
Andre Drummond

I would have gone with Wall rather than Lillard, but he wasn't chosen as one of the 28 players ( LINK

like it alot. selfishly, i wouldnt mind seeing kenneth faried in love's spot, assuming love is in the "biggest names whove already starred in the olympics" group. can you imagine him getting to be the 5th best player on the court and the amount of energy and hustle he would add. b/c everyone cant have the ball like theyre used to, they have to learn to be effective without it. faried would thrive.

Thompson is a very good perimeter defender as well.

Didn't Rose say he's playing in the games this year?

Getting guys to step up and assume a different role than their typical NBA game hasn't been an issue since coach k and colangelo took over. For example, During the 2008 Olympics wade's role in the team was defensive stopper off the bench.

I like your roster a lot keys. All young guys with little to no international experience, still more than enough talent to win. Only change I might make is to get rid of one of the big guys and add another shooter, either beal or Hayward. Really no need for more than 4 true big guys in international game, and George and Leonard can both play the 4 there as well

Yeah Love is the only guy I picked who could reasonably turn down a call-up without infuriating the Team USA leadership. But he hasn't done a lot in either appearance so I hope he comes along.

Fwiw I agree that 4 bigs would be enough but the strength of this current batch seems to be the power forwards more than any other position.

With Westbrook, Rose, and Williams all battling injuries and unlikely to play, I wouldn't be shocked if they call Wall in this summer and let him battle for a spot. I hope Howard backs out. His game doesn't suit international style.

My roster:

Guards: Curry, Harden, Thompson, Lillard or Wall

Wings: Durant, George, Iguodala, Leonard

Bigs: Love, Aldridge, Griffin, Davis

Will be a very different Team USA. Strength will be the bigs for the first time in a long time and the shooting will be absurd. K will actually have to implement a defensive system other than "be better than they are" to hide the guards v some of the better teams.

I feel like they don't need score 1st point guards with talent they have around them.

Give me Conley and Wall over Lillard and Irving.
